I was recently asked what Apples to Apples was.

And I have decided to bring it alive online.

This is how it is going to work.

I will start, and name an adjective.

Then five people can name what THEY think matches the adjective the best. They can be anything from continents to people to ideas to animals to random foods, planets, movies, books ANYTHING

Then I will choose which one I think is the best, and the person I pick gets a point.

Then they choose an adjective and so on and so forth.

Anyone can post an option, as long as they are one of the first five. If you aren't, don't post a response to that adjective, wait for the next one. Its a fairly fast pace game, and if you are the person choosing, make sure you check back fairly quickly.

Here is an example how things could go...

My adjective is...

[b]SWEET[/b]

Five different people post these answers -

Cotton candy.

Hitler.

Barbara Bush.

Surfers.

Martini.

I then look at these choices and choose which one I think matches best. Part of the trick to this game is who the leader is. Is the leader more likely to choose the literal answer, the random answer, or the ironic but brillant answer? How well do you know them?

Then I post my choice -

HITLER.

If I feel like explaining myself, I can. But its not necessary. So the person who submitted Hitler gets one point, and then chooses the next adjective.

I will keep a tally of points here ready, and a list of players with points.

But I think the answer is still no, though you can use it just this once. They are supposed to be THINGS

Ah, I see. Then, in all fairness (though at the expense of humor), I change my answer to doctor.
