This game would pretty much just be a generic D&D campaign, except for one thing: You cannot play any of the basic races from the Player's Handbook. That means no dwarves, no elves, no halflings, and especially no humans. Kobolds, orcs, and goblins, however, are fair game.

Do you have a plot line, and what classes would you plan on letting.

Any class, as long as you can justify it for your chosen race. As for a plot, how about the characters are members of a group of mercenaries? You could serve any of the major non-demihuman nations, depending on who pays you the most. Eventually two of them would go to war, and you would have to pick sides.

I'm not very familier to D&D would I need to be to join this RP?

It would definately help to be familiar with D&D, but you could always just be a kobold, orc, or goblin fighter(warrior).

Its interesting as a concept, but when you get a solid idea let me know, like a concrete idea.

Isn't what I just said a "solid idea"?

What you said was phrased as a question. If you're going to GM, you have to put your foot down and say "This is what it is about:" blah blah blah.
It sounds like you are still up in the air about what it will be about.
So...what is it about?

I just told you, and I was asking what you thought about it.

It's a nice basic idea (a bit similar to the premise of Stan Nicholls' Orcs books), but could you be any nonhuman race, or just Kobold, Orc or Goblin? I ask just in case anyone wants to be a Yuan-ti or a Mindflayer, or worse, a Yak-folk (is that the singular?) or Doppelganger, or any of the other things WoTC thought up when they were going through their "let's smoke the strongest stuff we can find and just write down whatever we think of" phase (a.k.a Monster Manuals II and III).
Also, you'd have to make the setting a bit more specific than just D&D - do you mean Forgotten Realms, or Greyhawk, or what?

Well considering we can play as monsters im going to go for a Horned Devil... That should be fun.. Or perhaps i should just play as a Balor... Hell who am i kidding what about a Death Slaad?
