Ah- Hello!
Well, would anyone be interested in a recent-time setting RP?
I mean, something unlike the medieval-based settings (which seem to be infesting this place). Would anyone care for a realistic RP?
*Self-based characters encouraged!

No. And for two reasons:

1. I'm too busy with the many threads I am already in, and that includes the one I just started.

2. You seem to have tunnel vision. There's more than just "medieval-based" rp's going on. Look around, pay attenion, and you'll see that.

I would be interested in a horror survival story in present times, maybe even a resistance to an invading army.

Actually, I was thinking something even less epic. Like a couple of incidents in a normal city, that land you in trouble with people you wouldn't want to be involved with. I assure you, I'll find a way to make it interesting.

Sorry Aeramae if I offended you, or your threads; I was just making a point.

I was just making a point.

.... What was it agian? :P

I am a bit intrigued, I tire of all the medieval esque threads sometimes.

Whatever then, I'll just start the thread. Hopefully more people will join, after they read some of the storyline!

No offense, but why would you do that? My whole reason for roleplaying is to LET GO of reality and do something... well... unrealistic. Just to me, at least, it seems a tad redundant to start a fact-based RPG. However - you swore to make it interesting, so why the hell not? I'll give it a go.

Why? Why? Why?
Well, I guess I'm simply trying to find the hidden romaticism in this society that I despise so much; filled with corruption, control, and ignorance. Yet as many errors as it may have, I love it or I try. So, I guess I'm just trying to make life interesting, and I think I have a pretty good start to a story in mind. It may, or may not take a turn for the fantastic.
Sorry! I got carried away. I'll start the thread as soon as i get all this homework off my back. -_-
