What cha mean? I dunno if non-newbies need any rules because it's just the same as the newbie rules. lol But if you mean tips and suggestions by RPers playing now - Kinda a pass down the knowledge type of thing - by all means, go for it!

I mean newbies might need a little help. Maybe they need people to start em off, teach em to be lead a thread, etc.

Oh yeh, so help them out. :) Also, they can use this forums to start an RP for training and ask someone to help. Etc.
