its 2040 and the four horsemen of the apocalypse have come and went. They destroyed almost everything and all living beings. However some humans have survived the onslaught and have started a nomadic life. When the horsemen found out about this they were displeased. However the fourth horseman ( death ) had planted a seed in the ground. The seed did not grow but those who have died arose from the ground and started to hunt the survivors. The nomadic lifestyle was one of the only things that kept the human race alive. Next was the value of weapons on the road. the only way to put the awakened dead back down was to shoot them in the head. Now there are a few settlements for travalers to rest in and where food and water flourish. But many still roam the world to escape their undead tormenters.
The world is basically a large desert with a few oasis'. Either your character will be more of a Nomad or They will live in the settlements. Heres the character sheet.

name: Rick Smith
former occupation: cop
description: Rick has a old cowboy hat and brown hair. he has brown eyes and is white. He wears old ripped up jeans and a white tee shirt with a large brown coat over it.
lifestyle: settler in the town of new marsh
weapons: colt .45 pistol, mp5, sniper rifle.
supplies: two 5 gallon water jugs, canned food.
bio: Rick used to be a cop in the city of new marsh. the city was one of the largest and had been known for being the gun captial of the U.S. however once the world went to shit it all changed. the four horsemen came and went leaving a devestated city. however more than 10,000 people had survived. they started rebuilding immediatly. however once death tried to wipe out humanity for good with the undead many more perished. now only 300 survive in the city and rick is one of them. Now Rick is one of the settlements guards. many times has the settlement been attacked by bandits trying to get the guns inside. Rick usually spends his time in the guard towers they made. When Rick isn't in the towers he's usually helping some of the women get water for the crops they try to grow.

Yay the game is up. Here's my characters.
description:Will is about average height with a lean build. He has alot of strength though you couldn't tell from looking at him. He has green eyes and jet black hair. He usually wears a pair of Aviator sunglasses. He wears an old T-shirt he found in an overturned van with a picture of a shotgun on it and the words 'Zombie Repellant' written under that.He also wears a pair of battered looking jeans and some beat-up green Converse All Stars.
vehicle: An old Volkswagon bus with a modified engine to prevent the breakdowns common with original production model engines.The pop-up camper roof has been exchanged for a hatch that opens on hinges allowing someone to fire from up there. The bus still retains most of its interior including the fold down bed/back seat. The exterior has been armored and the windows have metal strips welded over them to prevent undead from getting in at night. There is also a large Peace Sign painted on the back.
weapons: 12-gague shotgun, Colt Python revolver, M1 Garand semi-automatic rifle, machete
supplies: 2 weeks worth of food and water (he resupplies every time they stop and usually doesn't get through more than 2/3 of his food stores.
bio:Will's parents survived the apocalypse and tried to raise him as best they could on the road. They taught him basic survival skills and weapons handling. They had a fairly good life until the dead rose. On Will's 18th birthday several undead attacked their camp and killed his parents. Will killed them but both parents were dead. He was forced to do what the radio had been saying to do to the undead. He shot both of his parents in the head and buried them on the side of the road. He then packed up and set out to kill every undead that he saw.
Name: Amanda Jones
Former Occupation: none
Description: Amanda is about 5' 10". She is kinda slim in the waist. She wears a tattered Ramones T-shirt with an old Air Force jacket along with a pair of worn jeans. She also wears Converses but hers are red.
Vehicle: same as Will
Weapons: Colt M1911A1 .45, Kukri, AK-47
Supplies: same as Will also
Bio: Amanda doesn't remember much about what happened during the apocalypse. The last memory she has is of her and her family driving down the road in the middle of the night. She woke up lying in the back seat of the car which was lying on it's roof on the side of the road. There was blood all over the front of the car but her parents were nowhere to be seen. She got the keys out of the switch and got all of the supplies she could out of the trunk then walked to the road. She was about to start walking when Will pulled over and offered her a ride. They've been together since. She has some hope that it wasn't the undead who got her parents, only a gang of some kind. She dreads the day when she may see her parents as undead and have to kill them.

nice. we got some intresting characters here. now remember when i said i had multiple chars? well heres the other one i didn't post yet.
name: morgan rhames
former occupartion: homeless/ unemployed
description: bald headed, black with blue eyes. wears a large brown coat and jeans. has a scar on his lip and across his chest.
Vehicle: 1998 dodge ram pickup with an added bumper with spikes in the front. the bed has four welded compartments with ammo and food in them. the gate is welded shut for safty reasons and the whole truck has been reinforced. there are floodlights on top of the truck as well.
weapons: mossburg 12 gauge shotgun, H&K usp.45 pistol.
supplies: canned food, 5 boxes of shotgun shells ( 10 shells a box ), four pistol clips ( 13 bullets each), four boxes of pistol ammo (40 bullets each), 25 gallons of water.
bio: Morgan was never a lucky man but the end of the world had to be the best thing that ever happened to him. due to his ability to survive on so little in a big city once people were dying morgan knew just where to go to get food and how to keep other survivors alive on the run. eventually when the zombies came Morgan had to find new ways to survive. he found his way to a garage and found a truck with the keys still in it. ever since he's been on the road and has traveled with a small caravan. Now morgan almost never has to worry where his meals come from, he's came from worse.

Name: Zander Miles
Former occupation: former special ops weapons specialist that was cross trained as a mechanic towards the end of his career.
Appearance: always outfitted in some form of BDU's weather it be fully outfitted or simply the pants and brown T-shirt. Underneath his military outfits Zander is relativley fit for his age. He doesn't have a six pack but a nicley flattened stomach, large biceps, and broad shoulders. Zanders hair is brown and cut into a crewcut and his eyes are a dark brown. He has many small scars on his back from a shratenal grenade. He has a roughly kept gotee, but overall is a good looking guy.
Lifestyle: Zander runs a well known arms shop filled with anything you can imagine. He has military equipment, weapons, vehicles, ammo, and supplies. His shop spans 3 acres of desert surrounded by 12 foot, top arched, barbed wired wall. He has enough gear to well outfit and arm a medium sized convoy, and is known as the best and largest military surplus dealer in the desert. His shop is stationed near a large settlemnt built around a beautifully oaisis. Having gathered nearly every usefull thing imaginable from the deserted military base 2 days drive east of the settlement Zander sells to all sorts of nomads.zanders shop is aet up like a junkyard. A large warehouse holding weapons, ammo, supplies, gear, and explosives. While the outside is scattered with vehicles and other large equipment. Zander runs an honest business and is always willing to cut deals with traveling nomads on the hopes that his gear will keep them alive just a bit longer.
Vehicles: Although he owns and sells many he keeps one stashed away for his own personall use. A AAAV ( http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Expeditionary_Fighting_Vehicle ) Which has been fixed and altered to solve any reliability issues in the past, and also outfitted it with a solar charged electric engine to increase MPG substantially. Zander keeps this on hand in the chance that he leaves the settlement to join a nomad convoy, a thought that has been lurking in the back of his mind for several months.
Weapons: Although Zander owns more weapons than he could ever wish to use, he keeps a large variety in his AAAV in the case of an emergencey. This consists of:
1X Pancor Jackhammer shotgun ( mounted flashlight )
4X .357 Magnum Desert Eagles ( Two of which are his, and mounted with flashlights )
1X M82 .50 caliber sniper rifle ( Zanders personal )
1X Steyr Scout sniper rifle
1X M249 SAW
2X SA80 Assult Rifles
2X Steyr Aug Assult Rifles ( One of which is Zanders, mounted with a flashlight )
(( These arent for him, only the ones with parenthasis on the side stating otherwise, these are just for you guys to use should you join up with him. ))
Supplies: Has a small electric generator in his AAAV that runs off most any fuel, or can be solarly charged. Enough MRE's to last him and his companions a few months (( well rationed that is )), along with several jugs of water. Along with all of the other basic military gear tightly and well packed inside his AAAV.
Bio: Zander joined the military shortly after highschool. After basic training, and tech school he was deployed a military base in California. After being stationed Zander went to college to take part in ROTC for officers training. After which he graduated with honors. After graduating Zander moved on to special ops test and training for the next four years, where he trained to be a Weapons specialist. After doing several missions that were never heard of Zander cross trained during a long laps of operations to be a Vehicle specialist. After several more years of Special Ops duty Zander turned in his rifle and became a grease monkey on base. After Joining the military Zander lost touch with his family, and soon forgot about them completley as he engulfed himself in his Military career.
During the Apocolypse Zander hid himself in an underground shelter within his military base. This is where he stayed for a year and a half before he came to the surface and found that the base had been left in ruins. He quickly stumbled upon a settlement that had been established near one of the last flourishing oais's. This is where he enrolled the help of several men to help him salvage the base for everything it held and start a large arms business. All went well until the last load of ammunitions where everyone was killed in a firey explosion caused from the happy trigger finger of a young man while being atacked by zombies. Zander was the only one who survived and luckily made it back with half of the load.
Zander now resides in a well fortified arms shop, that supplies nomads strictly and is known across the land for its large inventory. Zander employs the help of young people from the settlement to assist him in running the large shop. Zander doesnt employ one person for too long in the hopes of spreading the wealth among those who live in the settlement, and avoiding the chance he may get too attached to anyone and have them killed. Zander still wonders what happened to his family weather they are safe and making a new life, or if they all were killed and turned by the infected dead that roam the earth. Zander has been recently thinking about becoming a nomad and joining a group of travelers in the hopes of finding new places for settlements and possibly finding a refuge to start a new life for mankind. Zander is simply waiting for the right group to come to his doorstep.
Although Zander is a kind man willing to help most anyone in need, he only sells to Nomads and settlement guards as he believes that they will put his merchandise to better use than civillians who live in settlements. He always offers a free place and warm meal for kind nomads who travel through town.

ok now i've decided to use Death as a character. I'll use him to foreshadow dangers our characters might find or what a new location looks like. I'm going to use him in my next post as well as get My Morgan character back into the action.
