f you dont like this then leave. otherwise you can join

Firstly, I never said I didn't like it (although Halo RP? Come on)- you took umbrage at your own words used in my post.

OOC in RP section is post whoring AND completely ruins the flow of the RP. I mentioned it twice, and it is mentioned several times on the site in other threads- if you're new to a site and don't bother to at least try to pay attention to the conventions of the site, and then ignore what members say to you, and, what's more, your first act on the site is to post your own thread rather than bothering to introduce yourself of participate elsewhere then no, I would not want to join- and if you can't get the why of that into your head then, again, no, I most certainly would not want to join as it does not bode at all well for your DMing skills.

You know it's SO noobish of me not to have realized I was OOCing in RP, Sorry Nanuk. Anyhow, I'm gonna have to agree with Nanuk on this one, you really should try to adhere to the rules, especially when one of our veterans is trying to explain them. Now I'm not so much on the introductions as a big deal, but as I THINK you could tell, I was a bit suprised at how you described your post style, but w/e I'm not really a critic. All in all I think maybe you should just take it with a grain of salt and either get the RP rolling and do what you can, or take some time to practice a little. If you want, I would be more than happy to start a thread for practice and let you get in some valuable play time. Just know that it never bodes well to argue with the members who've been around MUCH longer than you. I hope you have fun around here and can take the advice at full value rather than any kind of Flaming.

And are hormonal...

Thank you for being less irritable than I and making clear that that was the original intent.

Anyway- this in the battlefield section, so posts don't have to be incredibly long, and not a huge amount of conventional DMing is required, it was more a for-future-reference thing (*cough*mostly*cough).
So kick it off the ground so these trigger-happy boyos can get to killing.
