I'm actually James. I'm from California, and am a Mechanical Engineering Student at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo. I am an Eagle Scout, and am often in charge of delivering gear to outings (hence "packmule")
I download and watch tons of anime, and have made a few music videos.

How thistledown got into roleplaying:
I did d&d for quite a few years, then was introduced to shadowrun in spring of 2002. I've been hooked ever since and have been playing and GM'ing since them. I've got a binder of about 70 characters that I've made so far.
