How Fremen_Druin got into roleplaying:
I played the AD&D basic game back in the early nineties. Started playing again in college. I've played RPG video games since Lords of the Realm 2.

Some helpful hints for new players getting into RPGs:
Read the game rules thoroughly and keep up with the story. Also always ask to join in an ongoing campaign before randomly joining in.
