Every man or woman`s dream : eat and lose weight at the same time. Yes, it is possible to eat some of the foods you like so much and still enjoy a gorgeous body. 3. If you keep yourself busy and you`ll totally forget you`re even hungry. If you stay indoors too much you`ll always be hungry.

4. Exercise is key. You don`t have to do very challenging exercises, just to simple ones while you listen to music. Focus on those exercises.

5. Try eating foods that require a lot of chewing, this way you`ll keep your mind and your stomach busy.
