While once human, the females have developed a wicked set of horns, then men are horribly deformed and sacrificed at birth. Therefore to keep the bloodline strong, they must raid for males outside their homeland. The kiss of the Satyxis, a bugiling gaze that draws you near so she can head butt you in the face! However, if you are worthy, she'll seduce you. Failing that she'll take you  After she concives child, she returns to her homeland to give birth. If you give her a daughter, she'll return one night and mysteriously leave you a gift... but if you give her a son, she'll be coming back to sacrifice you as well. Nice variant of the legend of Amazons in the Iron Kingdoms campaign setting.
