My sister and I were a year apart. To this day, we get along great........ as long as we live a thousand miles apart. Put us in the same room for a few hours and it's a different story.

Welcome back!
I gots some bad news for you Anbu: Siblings fight. A lot. My brother and I are 2 years apart and we generally get along great. But on a fairly regular basis we get into it. The only thing you can hope for is that the kids aren't the type to hold a grudge.

I fourth that.
My oldest sister is nineteen years older than me, and we get along great. My closest sister is four years older than me (yeah, I was an oops) and we have found that three days is the maximum amount of time we can spend together before we start trying to kill eachother.
In a very loving way, of course.
Congrats, though! Raising the next generation of nerds is an important duty.

Lol, Hi again! Apparently I missed that AA, but wow... My sister and my brother almost never fought. They always did everything together and purposely left me out. So far things are going pretty well. The newest addition to the family is a little girl named Trixie, and her older sister gives her kisses, tries to give her toys, and seems to be generally well-behaved so far. I hope it stays that way as much as possible. Of course, Lorelei is getting very close to the dangerous twos stage, so this could get interesting.

Anbu!
*huggle*
Great to see you again. Congratulations on the new Sleep Stealer.
Not all siblings will constantly fight. Of course there will be some rows, but they might end up being good friends and enjoying each other's company.
I feel happy...I feel happy!

Yes, I do fear those years very much. Especially when considering my oldest is allergic to laytex...

Oh yes definitely! Started taking a career course online, and I hope to graduate early so I can get a well paying job in the field that I've wanted to be in since I was 8 years old. ^.^ It's got a nice referral reward system as well, where a person that I refer to their online college, that person would get $50 off final tuition price and so would I! Most of my friends are either in college or gave up on it though...
The kids are doing well. My oldest is now 18 months, and my youngest is 3 months.
So a little over a year ago, we moved into an upstairs apartment as you know, and our neighbors complained about everything, and our landlord took his side... Despite how stupid his complaints were. For example, he complained about me needing to use the bathroom in the middle of the night when I was 7 months pregnant! Oi...
Anyway, we moved out shortly after my youngest was born. Now we're living in a half a double, but it was the only thing available at the time, and now we're starting to regret it. Water and the down stairs heat is oil fueled and there's not even a drop of oil left in our tank from the previous tenants. It's also pretty obvious that the land lord doesn't care much about the place because the rug's torn up, the upstairs floor feels like it could cave in at any moment in certain places. Well, we'll most likely be moving out before winter, because there's no way we'd be able to save up the money to fill that tank with oil. So yeah, I might disappear again. :/ We should have checked out this place a little more thoroughly.
