I can't find anything coherently bearing anything like a story yet (about halfway through), but the battle system is interesting. I mean, what can be more fun than shooting zombie-robot-esqe things with dual sub-machine guns?If I went around claiming I was an emperor just because some moistened bint had lobbed a scimitar at me they'd put me away!  Member Since: February 2007  RK: 8 MP: 2,373 | Wednesday June 16, 2010 3:46 PM Was so excited by The Force Unleashed 2 trailer that I spent most of yesterday and today replaying the first one. Got all the holocrons finally, yay!My first play through was coloured by being disappointed there wasn't more story (I wanted longer cutscenes and more of them), and getting distracted by watching how the Havoc ending worked, so I got to just enjoy it more this time. I accidentally went for the good ending again- remember finding it very tricky the first time. Much easier this time, and even on a harder difficulty so I don't know what the heck I was doing the first time. Sped through the level again to go Dark Side, expecting something similar to the Revan Dark Side ending in KOTOR... disappointed much? Won't spoil anything but I was pretty much agape at how much it failed to meet my expectations, lol. Though the Sith Stalker armour you get from it is pretty awesome, and makes the animations when Starkiller is just standing around idle look really menacing. Lots of fun overall though, and has me desperately wishing I was a Jedi. Though if I'm truthful my natural tendencies might lead toward a different path... Compared to the other Guitar Heros, World Tour has a few more features because you don't have to play guitar, and you can edit your character instead of choosing one of the originals. It's also a lot different from the other Guitar Heros with how it's set up, like the Beginner mode. When I was first told how it works, I got really confused because of how different it is, but now that I've tried it, I think I've figured it out. |
