I'm glad I DVRed that shit as I'm watching it again to keep up. Anyone else watching it? You know... it reminds me of the time I watched The Shinning on acid.

That sounds painful.

I dunno, it was a pretty entertaining episode of the Simpsons...
I haven't watched this one yet since the previews made me skeptical, but I'll have to give it a try. For my horror needs, the best new show I've been watching is Death Valley, which I think you'd get a kick out of Lichy-poo. It's basically Reno 911 meets Walking Dead, mockumentary about cops who kill zombies. Also the first time an exploding zombie was featured on MTV, I'd guess.

So, this is finally on Netflix and I've started watching it.
The Shining on acid is a pretty fair description. I don't even know how many times my friend (who was quivering in terror on the couch, being high as a kite) exchanged looks and just said "The fuck?" at the same time. I wouldn't say it's really scary, but definitely eerie. I really like the atmosphere and art direction for it. The credit intro is fabulous and all of the cast is really well cast.
Yes. Well cast.
