Watching some episodes of "Yes, Minister" again, while trying to decide what of out large collection of unwatched movies we should start on.

Watched 'Forgotten Silver' the movie that secured Peter Jackson the support to do LotR. A wonderful mockumentary about NZ's greatest filmmaker, a true genius and one who pioneered things like talking films, color film, machine cranked cameras etc well before anyone else in the world.

And people believed this shit, despite the oddities and weirdness. Then they got upset when they found out it was a joke.

Adele and the Secret of the Mummy. Based on French occult-detective comics from the 70s, directed by Luc Besson. A good little movie, fun and exciting. Not Besson's best work, but definitely worth a watch.

The Beetlejuice cartoon. WHY has this never been released on DVD?!

QUOTED  Community season 2

I think I would really like this show, but I'm afraid to start watching it since I've seen several people become completely addicted to the point of being annoying as hell. Worth it?

I really liked season one, now trudging through season 2 seems slow and I find myself losing interest. Maybe I just hit a dry spot.

Watched the new The Muppets movie. I'm a muppet fan, and I was skeptical at first but the new movie is hilarious. Watched Melancholia last night and it was so boring the first half of the movie, and didn't really make up for it until the end. Sorta.

More "Young Justice", which just keeps getting better and better. The plot thickens, the filler episodes have genuine character development and even my very limited knowledge of the DC universe sees tons of nods, jokes and hints.
All they need is to add Vertigo characters like Swamp Thing or even (dare I hope?) Timothy Hunter or John Constantine, and I'd probably braingasm.
