I love both Orwell and Huxely. I am a big fan of dystopian fiction. Looking rpimarily at the verbiage and writing style I would have to say Fitzgerald produced some of the most beautiful words. Reading through Gatsby, while kind of slow, was interesting just because the way the words flowed was so unique and beautiful. A newer favorite to my list is author of Neuromancer, and awesome novel, William Gibson. Just excellently provocative science fiction.

QUOTED  Your modesty is staggering.

That's because it's bearing the weight of my ego. Though, really, even though I don't have any published works, I always like to come back to some things I wrote in the past and read through them. No matter how many times I read them, I always giggle. No one knows how to make me laugh better than I do. So of course I'm gonna enjoy reading my stuff the most.

Though the more I read David Farland's Runelord series, the more I enjoy his writings. He takes your fantasy novel and sorta twists it with a philosophical tone. It's really quite intriguing to me.

I have lots of favorite authors. I loved Will Hobbs as a kid, and read many of his books. J.R.R.Tolkein has an amazing writing style, putting so much history into his books, which makes them that much more real I also like Stephen King, he's really awesome! I've read Cujo and The Eyes of a Dragon. I've watched more of his movies, and hope to read more of his books. I also like Weis and Hickman because of their history and character depth. They practically made them come alive, particularly Raistlin and Tanis.

It's called The Eyes of the Dragon. As a HUGE (both literally and figuratively) SK fan, I insist you get the name of the novel right.

There, I fixed it. I knew it wasn't right, but I just couldn't remember it. I've watched Storm of the Century, Rose Red, Cujo, Pet Cemetery, Sleep Walkers, 1408, It, and Green Mile. I should read more of his books though.

Watching is not the same as reading. You must read Pet Cemetary, 1408, Cujo, & IT. Books are much better than those movie renditions. Green Mile was a good adaptation, but you should also read that one.
