I had to run the truck my cousin built but I got to go out and at least run hot laps, ended up in the infield twice but managed to not scratch the paint or run into anything... yet. Today's happiness is getting the power back on before it got hot out, being told I needed to come into work later than usual so I had time to go to the library and thrift store. And walking out of said thrift store with a glorious pair of hooker boots. Black leather, knee-high, skintight, high enough heels that I'm almost at eye-level with my boyfriend's chin. Now it just needs to dip below a hundred degrees so I can fucking wear them... Everywhere I go I repeat: I do not belong here. Been between 55 and 65 for over a week now. Plus its rained a couple times a day to boot. Happiness is not seeing any blue in the sky.
