Bizarrely, all my extended family have high blood pressure and weight issues on my dad's side, while my blood pressure is so low I pass out and I can't gain weight. Maybe my sister was telling the truth about finding me by the side of the road... Happiness is STILL getting a new job. I've been riding the high all day. And I get yummy employee discounts - at a place with a real petite section! I'm already pre-shopping. And I should be so lucky - babies have all the cute clothes, and it's so much cheaper than real people clothes. Grumble grumble. Today's happiness is finding out my older sister just got engaged. Finally, a brother-in-law I'll not just be able to tolerate, but who is actually pretty awesome. EDIT: Happiness is also finally finishing a busy as hell week to emerge from a homework fugue and realize holy shit it's Saturday. And I'm finally not sick! The batsignal has been sent up over campus and the liquor has been located. Havoc is going to be wreaked.   Member Since: December 2003  RK: 10 MP: 3,277 | Sunday April 3, 2011 10:52 AM Happiness is getting Doctor Who: The Complete Second Series (that's the start of the 10th Doctor) on DVD, and Chris Jericho's book, Undisputed, signed to me from Jericho for my birthday. Granted, my b-day isn't until Tuesday, but I was on a Skype call with my mother-in-law, who bought the DVD's and stood in line for 8 hours to get the book signed. So, I figured I'd open them tonight, so she could witness the joy in which they were received.Leader of the Amazonian Army, and fighter for the Female Initiative.

Two was getting my first paycheck for the new job. Three was quitting my old job, which was extremely satisfying. Four was a fun night out Saturday night with the boy. And now five (though not the weekend) will be seeing the Decemberists tonight. Squeee! Everywhere I go I repeat: I do not belong here.
