| Sunday April 23, 2006 11:24 PM As soon as I find a book I have, I will be able to give you a LOOOOOONG list of stuff...but, I have about 40 more boxes of books to go through, so don't wait for me! (We have a lot of books...when we moved back to Augusta, we weighed them on a GDOT scale for tractor-trailers....10 tons and change.)
But, I did want to mention something... I can definately understand the "too many swords" thing, but mythology and history are full of them. Gotta remember the Sword (especially in Europe) was the top of the weapon food chain. The Weapon of Kings and all that mumbo-jumbo.Death before Dishonor -- Nothing before Coffee

And, even though I know you're sick of swords: Durandal, sword of Roland.
Oh, and the Staff of Sun Wukong isn't really his. It's actually the possession of the under sea dragon king, but was stolen by Sun Wukong."My favorite book is always the one I'm writing."-Margaret Weis

| Saturday May 6, 2006 3:20 AM Durandal was already mentioned, Arcturus.
In any event, pretty much everything I can remember off-hand has already been said. But Lancelot's sword was named Arondight - so you could add that in. I believe The Sword of Troy was also mentioned in the Aenid.American by birth. Anti-Christ by choice.
