What on earth is bechamel sauce? Because the rest of that sounds tasty as hell.

Dinner was canned soup and hamantaschen, because I'm feeling too sick to want anything but comfort food.

Tried doing moussaka a bit differently than the recipe, ended up with half as much oil, taking half as much time to make and tasting almost exactly the same.

Both ofthose sound good.
Generic vegetarian tex-mex. Some tomatoes, 3 types of beans, lots of shili and cumin, onions, a bit of garlic, paprica, etc.
And the usual trappings.

Tonight will be homemade lasagna, garlic bread and salad. Giving I can get to town in the snow to get the ingredients I need.

We nearly had that last night but decided we wanted something simple and easy. Cream of caulliflower/broccoli soup.
