Today will be corned beef and cabbage at the boyfriend's insistence. I'm not a big fan of either so I'm planning to just fill up on discounted Guinness and call it a meal. Very good. I've never managed to set the stove on fire either. How the hell do you do that? Are American stoves less fire-proof than German ones? Closest thing we managed was to start making gløgg (local version of mulled wine), start watching the old Hammer horror flick "She" and let all the water boil away until there was a thick, hot, dry layer of brown burnt to the pot. I'm planning to try, though: any handy tips or recipes? Everywhere I go I repeat: I do not belong here. Had leftovers and some Kirin for breakfast. Man, I feel like such an alcoholic, beer for breakfast...... well at least it's not just me? Everywhere I go I repeat: I do not belong here.
